「旦那様の無茶振りクッキング」その２!!!

I made Cow Tail Stew from process of making the lou one week ago.
It was funny to cook.

一週間前、牛テールシチューをルーを作るところから作りました。
これは楽しかった♪

Cow tail was so soft because it was stewed long time.
When we ate the stew, the meats wonderfully neatly came off from the bones.

牛テールは長い時間煮込んだのでとても柔らかくなっていて、食べる時には見事綺麗に骨からスルッと外れてくれました。

It was pretty delicious!
めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！

I offered the stew with Japanese style tuna pasta and salad;-)

和風ツナパスタ、サラダと一緒に(*^^*)♪

The next day, I also prepared the stew with fresh cream(whip cream).

翌日の朝は生クリームを添えて供し、

And moreover next day, I made omelet rice with cow tail stew.
"Omelet rice of fluffy egg" was also requested by my husband.
Anyway, everything was so good :-)

更に次の日には牛テールシチュー&オムライスにして戴きました。

ふわふわ玉子のオムライスは、これまた旦那様からのリクエスト…。

何はともあれ、どれもこれも、とっても美味しかった〜(*^^*)

By the way, the red wine which I bought at this time has good taste for seasoning of the beef stew.
It was correct that I bought it!

ちなみに今回買ったワインは、ビーフシチューの味付けにベストマッチなお味！
これは買って正解～(◍˃̶ᗜ˂̶◍)ﾉ"

Now, what is that I will need to cook on next time???
