アメリカ便り☆パティスリーハシコ「チンパンジーチーズケーキ」〜Report fro America☆Patisserie HASHIKO "Chimpanzee Cheesecake"〜

I got this recipe book in the book sale of Seattle Public Library in the first of May.

今月頭にシアトルパブリックライブラリーのブックセールで見つけたレシピ本。

Originally I found this on sale at Mill creek Library, but it costed $5. That's why I didn't buy it immediately; I had not wanted to buy an old book in such price.
Finally I could get this in only $1 :)

もともと、ミル•クリークの図書館で見つけていたのですが、５ドルしたので即買いはせず。古本をそんな値段で買いたくないもので…。
で、最終的にたったの１ドルで手に入れられました(*^^*)

I have been considering what I would make at the first.

先ず何を作ってみようかと考えていたのですが…、

Last weekend,
Bananas I had had timely been ripe enough, so I decided to make Chimpanzee cheesecake on this book in the morning of yesterday!

先週末、家にあったバナナが良い感じに熟したので、昨日の朝、本に載っているチンパンジーチーズケーキを作ることにしました！

I also had raspberries, so before baking it, I put them onto the surface of the cake in a whim.

ラズベリーもあったので、思い付きで焼く前にケーキの表面に飾り付け。

It became looks yummy :)
But my husband said he couldn't see it as food, it looked kind of grotesque :(

美味しそうに出来たー！
でも、旦那様は「食べ物に見えなーい、なんか気持ちわるーい」だと…(ｰ ｰ;)

Anyway it was good ;)
Not too much sweet!!!

なんにせよ美味しかったo(^▽^)o
甘すぎず良し！！！

American traditional Desserts wouldn't be always sweet :)
