アメリカ便り「夢リスト」〜Report from America "Bucket Lists"

Do you know the word "Bucket List"?
It means the dreams who want to fulfill before dying.
I knew this word in the idiom learning of the ESL class on this Tuesday.

皆さん、「バケツリスト」って言葉を知っていますか？
この言葉は死ぬまでに叶えたい夢（行動•業績）のリストの事です。
私はこの言葉をこの火曜日にESLクラスでの慣用句学習の一環で知りました。

I immediately reminded the one of my bucket lists at that time; it was going to Hot Cakes -Molten Chocolate Cakery-.

その時、ふっと夢リストの一つを思い出した私。それはモルテンチョコレートケーカリーのお店へ行くこと！

You know, actually I went the cafe in Capitol Hill last Friday, but it was still closed when I arrived at there.
And today, I was going to the cafe again because I went to Seattle Asian Art Museum near by the cafe.

既にご存知の通り、先週金曜日、私はキャピトルヒルにあるカフェへ行ったのですが、お店はまだ閉まっていて…。
今日はそのカフェの近くにあるシアトルアジアアートミュージアムへ行くついでに改めて行こうと思ったのですが…

But still unfortunately, it would be opened at 4:00pm even though I would arrive at there 2:30pm!!!

でも、また残念な事に、今回も夕方4時の開店には早過ぎる午後2時半頃に到着しそうになるということに…。

I changed my plan because actually I knew another location of the cafe in Fremont.
It was really good idea!
I immediately got a bus, and I could arrive at the place before I could say Jack Robinson Lol.

でも実は、フリーモントにも同じカフェがある事をチェック済みの私はプラン変更！
それが結果的に正解！
直ぐにバスに乗り、あっという間に目的へ到着（笑）

And so amazingly the clerk of the cafe, was a young guy, really good looking, and so kind. My heart was little pounding, and I was like soared with much joy by the cake and him.

そして、なんと素敵なことに、行った先のカフェの店員さんは滅茶苦茶カッコいい若くて、とても優しいお兄ちゃんで、私は念願のケーキとイケメンに胸がドキドキ❤︎嬉しくて舞い上がってしまいそうでした❤︎

Anyway, I completed the one of my dreams (bucket lists) with a beautiful
Desserts and a nice guy ;)

とにもかくにも、夢リストの一つを美味しいデザートとイケメンと共に叶えられた！

The cake and ice cream were really good! Chocolate cake, named DARK DECADENCE, was so rich and had beautifull flavor of dark chocolate, actually it was using Teo's chocolate (Teo is the one of the most popular chocolate factories in Seattle).
The ice cream was also rich and rich flavor of vanilla beans, and it was with toffee and original caramel sauce, they were exactly best combinations!

ケーキもアイスクリームも絶品！
ダークデカダンスという名前のチョコレートケーキは、コックリとしていて、ダークチョコレートの風味豊か。なんとシアトルで最も人気のあるチョコレートメーカーの一つ、テオのチョコレートを使っているのだとか。
アイスクリームも濃厚な味わいで、バニラの芳醇な香り。トフィーと店オリジナルのキャラメルソースが掛かっていて、絶妙な味！

I was so happy!!!!

とーっても幸せ！！！

And also, Going to Seattle Asian Art Museum was another one of my bucket lists as well. I finally fulfilled two of my dreams at once :)

その上、もう一つの夢であったシアトルアジアアートミュージアムへも行けて、一度に二つもの夢を達成(*^o^*)

The Museum was also good!
It was not too big, but I really enjoyed watching the exhibitions, and I had known new detail of Kimono by the exhibition. It was pretty interesting!

ミュージアムも良いところでした。そんなに大きくは無いけれど、展示はとても興味深く楽しませて貰い、着物についての新たな知識も得られました。

And then, I saw a squirrel in the outside of the museum. It looked me many times, so cute!!!

それから、ミュージアムの外ではリスに遭遇！何度も私の方を見てきて…可愛かったー！
