HAPPY EASTER!!!

My neighbor's houses were decorated with Easter goods, and my home's door was also.

ハッピーイースター！
ご近所さんの家々も私の家の玄関もイースターの飾り付けをされていました。

Yesterday, March 26th was Easter's day.
I watched "The Bible" on TV this weekend. It was so interesting and I was able to remind about the bible I read long time ago, and I pray to God in my mind.

そう、昨日3月27日はイースターの日。
わたしはこの土日に、テレビで｢The Bible」を視ていて、過去に読んだ聖書の内容を思い出し、心の中で神様に祈りを捧げました。

There were celebrations held at many locations, children played the egg hunt or the egg roll on last Saturday.
And for Easter's day, many shops and some companies were closed.

土曜日には各地で子供達がエッグハント（卵探しゲーム）やエッグロール（玉子転がしゲーム）を楽しむお祭りが繰り広げられていたそうな。

What did I do last weekend?

I had been devoted all my time to make the Easter gifts, and I put my mobile phone for the all time despite a SNS addiction.

そんな週末にわたしは何をしていたかって？
SNS中毒の私が携帯を放置して、イースターの贈り物制作に没頭していました。

It was really fun time to me:)

とっても楽しかった！

At first, I made Easter's dolls for my friends. I devised my works and went shopping to get materials on last Thursday, and started to make dolls Thursday late afternoon. It took a longer time than I had thought, but it was really happy to choose colors to make them.
I prepared the materials for dolls at DAISO. I was surprised I was able to find a lot of kinds of the materials at the shop.

まず始めに、イースターのマスコット人形を作ることに。木曜日に構想を練り、買い出しに行って昼遅くから制作開始。
思いの外長い時間がかかりましたが、色選びをしたり、作るのがとっても楽しかったです♪
材料はダイソーで調達。ダイソーでたくさんの種類の材料が手に入ることにびっくりしました。

All dolls became pretty good even if I'm not handy too much. They had many colors, tiny flowers, and especially rabbits had cute tails.

What color of dolls did my friends get?
It was depend on my friends favorite colors:)

お人形達は可愛く仕上がってくれて、私は超自己満足♪色とりどりの彼らはお花でおしゃれをしていて、ウサギには可愛い尻尾も！

どの色が誰に当たるかって？
それは友人らの好みに委ねました(*^^*)

And then, I made Easter's treats yesterday!

It was my first time to make marzipan, American traditional style carrot cakes, vegan banana cakes, and cream cheese frosting.
It was also so fun!
I really enjoyed making them.
The three kinds of cakes were lemon muffin with cream chews frosting, carrot pecan muffin with cream cheese frosting, and banana walnuts muffin for vegan with vanilla icing.

それから昨日はイースターのお菓子を制作！
マジパンも、アメリカの伝統的なケーキ、キャロットケーキ、ベジタリアン向けのバナナケーキに、チーズクリームを使ったフロスティングも、どれも作るのは初めて！
初挑戦はとっても楽しいことばかり♪
ウキウキしながら作っていました(*^o^*)
ケーキの種類はレモンマフィン〜クリームチーズフロスティング〜、キャロットピーカンマフィン〜クリームチーズフロスティング〜、バナナくるみマフィン〜バニラアイシング〜の三種類。

I tried to make marzipan chicks and carrots. Beyond expectation the dough had been left over, so I also made bananas of marzipan.

マジパンでヒヨコと人参を作ろうとしたのですが、思いの外生地が残ったので、バナナも作ることに。

When I lined them on a pan, I felt happy and was charmed because they were so cute.
Finally, I decorated them with Ising or frosting, and wrapped them with bags I prepared, and put them into an Easter basket and an Easter paper bag.

それらを天板に並べたのを見て、私は余りの可愛さに彼らが愛おしくて堪らなくなりました(*☻-☻*)
最後に盛り付けをして、事前に用意していた袋に詰めて、それをイースターバスケットと紙袋に分けて入れて…。

The nests with chicks were my teacher's idea. When I said her that I tried to make something for Easter, she told me how to make a nest easily.

ヒヨコとセットの鳥の巣は、私のお菓子作りの先生からのご提案。私が彼女に「イースターに何か作りたい！」と言った時に、鳥の巣の簡単な作り方を教えてくれました。

Every time was fun!

もう本当に、完成までワクワクが止まりませんでした！

And today, I handed the paper bag to my husband to give his co-workers, and I brought the basket to the library to give them to TalkTime's members.

そして、今日、紙袋は旦那様の会社の方々のために渡して、私はバスケットをトークタイムの仲間達へ持って行きました。

In TalkTime, they were glad to my works, and some people said me that I should begin my own business right now!
It is really my dream to open my own shop here, and it is better for me than in Japan because I think sincerely that my works are in demand here.

トークタイムでは皆んなが喜んでくれて、何人かの人は「今すぐビジネスにするべきだよ！」と言ってくれました。
実際にここでお店を開くのが私の夢。それにこちらの方が明らかに需要がありそうなので日本よりもこちらが良いと私は確信しているわけで…。

My heart became hot because everyone's words made me so happy.

みんなの言葉がとても嬉しくて、心が熱くなりました。

By the way, I prepared vegan cinnamon rolls for TalkTime last Monday. I know some people can not eat meat, egg or milk by their religions. So recently I sometimes devise some vegan recipe.

ちなみに、先週の金曜日には、ビーガン（ベジタリアン）シナモンロールを焼いて持って行きました。
宗教上、肉や卵、ミルクなどが口にできない人がいるので、近頃は時々こうしてベジタリアンレシピを考えてみたりしています。

The day, they also ate my works happily, and a woman gave me her thank because she was a vegetarian. when I heard her say, I was so happy that I was able to make her happy.

その日も皆んなが幸せそうに食べてくれて、ベジタリアンの女性はわざわざ感謝の言葉を言いに来てくれました。
本当に嬉しかった(*^^*)
