アメリカ便り〜Report from America~The Ramen!!!
I love ramen!!
The ramen boom happened suddenly in around Seattle.
I tried to eat it in some ramen restaurants but so far I could not meet real ramen, I have never been satisfied.
But! I finally could meet good one!
"Ramen Yoshi" that is located in Bellevue is produced by Yoshida Sauce which is famous for barbecue sauce that we can get in COSTCO. Also three ramen restaurants which are famous for Nagoya are engaged in product development.
This time, I ate Shio ramen and added a seasoned egg into it.
The noodles were thick and tasted of egg,they were the best of noodles which I have eaten so far. The soup was as well, it had good taste of soup stock [even if it was chemical seasoning].
The taste of pork that had been used to the chasyu was usual taste in here. The pork that we can get in here is a distinctive taste compared to those of Japan.
The egg was so-so, but I liked the texture that was soft-boiled.
Look this chopstick.
It had a groove at tip of it as Japanese one.
By the way, my husband ordered a Yoshida special ramen, but he could not be satisfied. Oh, sorry....
He also ordered a value set of a karaage and a salad.
I also love karaage, but I never had eaten such a delicious karaage in here! I was happy ;-)
I think it is the best ramen restaurant even if I have never been satisfied with ramen in here.
ラーメン大好き！
ここシアトル近郊では、俄かにラーメンブームが巻き起こっています。
私も幾つかのラーメン屋を当たってみたのですが、未だに満足いくものには巡り会えず…。
でも！とうとう納得のいくラーメン屋を見つけました！
ベルビューにある「ラーメン吉（よし）」は、コストコで手に入るバーベキューソースで有名なヨシダソースと名古屋の人気ラーメン店がコラボして作り上げたラーメン屋。
今回私は塩ラーメンの味玉トッピングを注文。麺は卵の風味が効いた太麺で、今まで食べた中で一番美味しかった！スープもしっかり出汁が効いていて（化学調味料も入っているかもしれないけれど、それでも良し！）、同じく今まででピカイチ一番。
チャーシューも美味しかったのですが、使っている豚肉は、やはりこちらの豚肉独特の風味がしていました。
味玉はまぁまぁ。でも、いい感じの半熟具合が私好みでした♪
ちなみに旦那様はヨシダスペシャル(だったかな？)を注文しましたが、どうも口に合わなかったようで…(可哀想に～)。
でも、セットで頼んだ唐揚げとサラダは美味しかったようです。
私の大好物の唐揚げ！ここに来て初めて、美味しい！と思える唐揚げに出会えてめちゃくちゃ嬉しかった☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
こちらで心から満足いくラーメン屋に巡り合えることはないだろうけど……このお店はこの辺りで一番！と太鼓判を押させてもらいますo(^▽^)o
